Weekly Online Group Classes
You can join my online class weekly to be part of an amazing community of movers and shakers, on the mat!
I blend vinyasa Flow with pilates, barre, HIIT, animal flow (Budokon) and even weight resistance.
Classes are 45 minutes, which allows you to sweat, work hard, but also respect what your body needs, especially if you are busy and stressed.

Bookings: Bookings should be made 24 hors in advance to guarantee payment has been received, to allow you to enter the online class. It is possible to book up to 1 hour head of class, but it is not ideal, as messages and emails can be missed.
Class Cancellation: For drop in classes, you can cancel your class up to 12 hours before; and the credit can be then used for another class. Failing the 12 hours and no shows will be considered as “taken” classes, so you will lose your credit.
For memberships: should you miss the class, your will have access to the recording afterwards.
Should I be unable to do class, I will either record a class en lieu, add another date to make up for it .
Packages
You can opt for drop in classes at 10GBP per session. Bookings must be made up to 1 hour before class to verify payment.
Bundle package: we have 9 classes monthly and, at the moment, the package is 90GBP per month, with access to my membership platform, where you have all the recordings, to work out daily if you wish. There are over 60 videos available,
You can join the membership by paying the full price on the 1st of each calendar month. Please note that without payment, access to the membership page and access to zoom will be denied (without prior agreement on delayed payments).
Cancellation of membership: If you join the monthly Membership, you will be able to cancel anytime, with one month notice and move to drop in if you wish to. I always suggest people start with the drop in classes to make it easier.
Transparency Note: As more people join the membership, my intention is to make the package a lot cheaper and if you are on the monthly package now, you will be notified as soon as we have the minimum membership number.
