WHAT IS ELEVATE?

• A community that questions the status quo with kindness

  Elevate began in April 2024 as a simple monthly market in Braga, with a mission to support local creators and champion sustainability, circular economy, and kind living. It grew into something larger: the only local platform weaving together environmental action, holistic health, and genuine community.

  The annual conference brings national and international speakers together to tackle the most pressing issues around our food, our health, and our planet , always with a positive, non-judgmental approach that inspires rather than divides.

  We would love for Elevate to inspire the public to buy their produce locally, focusing on a circular and sustainable economy, truly helping local businesses feel supported. With the partnerships, we hope to grow our concept within the whole of Portugal, especially with our partnership with Plant Based Treaty .

Chantal is a Plant Based Vegan Naturopath , Holistic Nutritionist and Educator,

Her commitment to spreading awareness about holistic health and plant-based nutrition has led her to becoming a published author, public speaker, and guest presenter at CUNY, and PCRM. She is the host of The Wellness Woman Podcast (formerly The Green Life Podcast.) and Nutrition Unpacked with Brenda Davis RD.

In 2019, Chantal decided to relocate from London to Portugal, where she founded an eco, and self sustainable retreat. She also has her practice in Braga and is working on developing Elevate in Braga and Portugal as a whole.
