Coaching guide

If this is the first time that you are exploring Health Coaching and you have no idea what it entails, do not worry, I am here to help! Below a simple description of all you need to know.

  • When you express interest in health coaching for the first time, we will schedule a twenty minutes FREE assessment call , to discuss your needs and answer all your questions. At the end of the call, you will have the opportunity to sign up with me, if you wish to, and explore the packages that best serve you.

  • If you signed up to one of my coaching packages, Welcome! You will receive a Health History Form that you will fill in in details and send it back to me via email. We will schedule our next session then.

  • Your first session will allow us to discuss your form, go into a little more details and plan the steps ahead to tailor the program to your specific needs.

  • If you sign up for the 6 months package, we will meet twice a month, which is the recommended time to commit to your plan and see results. Should the six months package not work, I have a 3 months package that can offer one or two sessions per month.

  • I am not able to take clients for a single session sadly, as changes and results require time and we need work together to see them.

  • Payments for the packages are made all at once at a 15% discount or monthly, at full price.

Karma Note: The work we do together only works if you are ready to fully commit yourself to transformation! I always discourage people to sign up if they are not fully committed, as in my experience, money and time is wasted and disappointment can be discouraging for all. A person who is fully onboard will see changes without a doubt! That is my joy and it should be yours too!
